Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 July 2026
By using Devtools (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. They’re intentionally short.
The service is provided as-is
The tools are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we test the tool logic and aim for correctness, we don’t guarantee the output is free of errors or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify results before relying on them for anything important — especially security-sensitive operations such as hashing, token handling, or cryptography.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the rate limits on the server-side tools, or use them to attack, scan, or probe systems you don’t own or have permission to test.
- Don’t use automated means to abuse the API or contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devtools and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any loss of data or reliance on tool output.
Intellectual property
The Service’s name, design, and original content are ours. The data you process with the tools remains entirely yours; we claim no rights over it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Use the contact page.
